Really good Hospitality in the Heart of the City

The reception staff immediately and decisively addressed a minor room issue I encountered. I found the staff friendly and cute, and they were always willing to help. Jennifer, at the front desk, offered many helpful information about the island and transportation. She even arranged a special anniversary surprise.
I did notice that the breakfast selection had limited variety.

The room furnishings are friendly, clean, and fragrant. This contributed positively to my accommodation experience. The room had good quality fittings, contributing to a comfortable environment. A welcome addition was the well-kept condition of the room.

The staff were helpful. They willingly assisted in every possible way. The team consistently greeted me with smiles and demonstrated a willingness to serve. Tom provided a warm reception upon arrival and a kind farewell at the end of my stay.

My room was spacious and well kept. Daily cleaning ensured a consistently fresh environment. The provided toiletries and refreshments added to the convenience of my stay. The central location aided in easy exploration of the city. I also appreciated the attentive butler service. The sister hotel's restaurant offered meals that were 10/10.
The sound from the nearby pub did permeate into the ground floor area at opening and closing times.

The room felt spacious and very clean. The bed was large and featured tea and coffee facilities. The bathroom included a great overhead power shower. I loved the elegant design and the classy, tasty breakfast.
The uneven surface of the small table in my room did not help me much. It reminded me of it was difficult to work. I wish the table was more useful.

The breakfast service is at a partner hotel only a few steps away. Breakfast includes everything you could want with excellent and helpful staff and an amazing gentleman who made each morning special.

I found the noise INSIDE to be problematic. The echo from the courtyard was quite strong. I heard people talking and doors closing loudly. The lighting also presented an issue. Only the main lights worked. I told the reception DESK but nothing happened.

The room felt spacious. The bathroom had very nice toiletries. Staff provided assistance with dinner suggestions at the hotel pub, Cheeky Monkey. They delivered the meal directly to the room. I found this very helpful.
The lighting in the room had issues. Only the main lights worked.
